1. Returns Eligibility
At Rishta Enterprise, we truly care about your satisfaction and want you to have a great experience with our plants, gardening tools, and nursery products. However, due to the delicate nature of some of our items, we have a few guidelines for returns:
- Live Plants: Since plants are living things, we cannot accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours with clear pictures, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
- Gardening Tools & Accessories: If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you can return it within 7 days—just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.
- Customized & Bulk Orders: Since these are specially prepared for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a mistake or defect on our part.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
For Live Plants:
- We understand how important it is for your plants to arrive fresh and healthy! If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
- Just send us some clear images of the plant so we can help you as quickly as possible.
For Other Products:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, no worries! Just contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We’ll verify the issue and get back to you with the best possible solution.
3. Refund Process
- Once we confirm your refund, we’ll process it within 3-7 business days.
- Your money will be credited back to the original payment method you used.
- If you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), don’t worry! We’ll transfer your refund to your bank account after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We’d love to take back everything, but unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:
- Live plants (unless damaged in transit)
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotions
- Used or altered products
6. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it—no questions asked and no cancellation charges.
- Once the order is processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.
- If your order is cancelled successfully, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
